Tuna Salad Sandwich

Salad Sandwich

Servings        : 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices Rye Bread, toasted
  • 2 oz Tuna, packed in water
  • ¼ cup Onion, finely diced
  • ¼ cup Celery, finely diced
  • ½ tbsp Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Mixed Greens

Directions:

  • Flake tuna, and mix in onion and celery.
  • In a small bowl, blend together mayonnaise and lemon juice. Put mayonnaise mixture into tuna. Season using cracked black pepper.
  • Layer mixed greens and tuna between toasted bread.
  • Slice and serve.
