Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 2 slices Rye Bread, toasted
- 2 oz Tuna, packed in water
- ¼ cup Onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup Celery, finely diced
- ½ tbsp Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Mixed Greens
Directions:
- Flake tuna, and mix in onion and celery.
- In a small bowl, blend together mayonnaise and lemon juice. Put mayonnaise mixture into tuna. Season using cracked black pepper.
- Layer mixed greens and tuna between toasted bread.
- Slice and serve.
