- 10 bananas
- ½ pineapple fruit, diced
- 100 grams sugar
- 50 ml water
- 100 ml thick coconut milk made from ½ coconut fruit
- 50 grams grated cheese
- Arrange bananas and pineapple in thermo stable plate. Separate.
- Heat sugar in a saucepan until melted and brownish. Pour water, cook until sugar dissolve. Lift.
- Pour caramel over bananas, add coconut milk and grated cheese. Baked with oven with 150ºC temperature for 15 minutes until brownish.
